Lil Wayne promises new `monster` singer
Lil Wayne reckons his first single since being released from prison will prove he is "better than everybody."
The rapper said his track `6`7` - from his forthcoming `Tha Carter IV` album - will show his prowess as the rapper with the best wordplay, and that he has improved during his eight months in a New York prison on weapons charges, which saw him released in November.
Speaking of his new track, Wayne told Sirius satellite radio station Shade 45`s morning show: "It`s a monster, actually. Hopefully, it shows people where I`m at lyrically. Better than everybody."
When asked if he feels his lyrics have been improved by jail, Wayne replied: "I would say so. I would say, yeah, because it don`t matter where I went, I try to be better than my last project."
The new track has reportedly been produced by Bangladesh, who helmed another of Wayne`s tracks, `A Milli`, and will also reportedly feature Cory Gunz, who is signed to Wayne`s `Young Money` record label.
